Billy is an architect turned entrepreneur with over 10 years of experience in 5 idea-to-exit startups in fitness, retail, and food and beverage. He is currently the founder and CEO of Balloon, a children’s Mastercard debit card and app company dedicated to fostering financial literacy in the next generation. He is one of OWN Academy’s pioneer Industry Coaches and now the Director of Operations.

Science & Technology
Shaik is a postdoctoral researcher at PhrmaSec Limited, a biotech company that focuses on clinical situations associated with hormonal dysregulation. He is a former research assistant and doctoral research fellow at The University of Hong Kong.

Fitness & Wellness
Tiara and Aileen are the co-founders of Mindfit, a mind and body coaching company that fuses fitness and self awareness to improve wellbeing. They are also part of Fluid X, a fitness company that creates aqua bag training equipment, where Aileen is the fitness director and master trainer, and Tiara is the director of content.

Media & Communication
Leanne is the host of the podcast Beyond The Label, founder of the self-care brand Blu Journal, co-founder of event management company Le Lumière Events, and a certified mindset coach. She’s the former social media manager for Prestige HK and Lifestyle Asia HK, both publications under Burda Luxury.

Legal
Jessica is a senior associate at global law firm Hogan Lovells, who specialises in corporate finance and capital markets (e.g., helping companies go public and list on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange).
