Overview
Toddler yoga is a fantastically fun way to bring stories to life for your toddler.Children read a new book each week and practice yoga inspired movements and poses inspired by the story. We also work on mindfulness, breathing exercises and emotional regulation. If you are a parent who wishes to grow a confident, resilient and capable child, then toddler yoga is for you. With a strong emphasis on bodily autonomy, children develop a sense of their own abilities and an ownership over their triumphs and challenges. As a parent, you will grow in confidence and competence as you witness first hand what your child is capable of!
