Overview

We aim to develop technically sound gymnastics skills and shapes which will build confidence and awareness of their bodies whilst performing gymnastics specific movements. This class has a Strong focus on developing a strong foundation. Gymnasts will be offered some competitions throughout the year to get an idea of what is expected of them as they progress through the levels.
