ESF Explore is excited to announce that our sports uniform are being revamped. From a safety point of view, this will allow coaches and ESF school staff to easily identify our students, and provide assistance when needed.
8 new sets of uniforms will be introduced, and parents will be required to purchase the associated uniform set when enrol for a sports programme.

When will the ESF Explore uniforms be officially introduced?
The ESF Explore uniforms will be introduced in Term 2 2025, implementing six types of uniforms that will cover all nine available sports programmes. These uniforms must be purchased upon registration for a sport class, and they will be distributed during the 3rd class.

*New additions The above does not apply to any AISHK programmes. Gymnastics uniforms are optional.
Why does my child need to wear a uniform when attending sports class?
At ESF Explore, we prioritise our students' safety. The Sports uniforms are designed specifically for physical activity. The uniforms will also enable our coaches and ESF schools to identify ESF Explore students and provide assistance when necessary.
This initiative continues the rebranding of ESF Explore (formerly known as ESF Sports & Language), which aims to enhance team identity and unity. We want students to take pride in representing the Sports teams of ESF Explore.
If I have already purchased a set of uniforms for the previous term, what should I do?
You will still need to complete the Term 2 enrolment and pay the uniform fee. After that, please forward us your child's registration summary along with a picture of the uniform kit within 2 days to confirm that your child has the correct set. Our office will then process a refund for the uniform kit that is no longer needed.

What is the deadline for purchasing a uniform?
We accept uniform orders in two batches each term.
The first cut-off date is typically the Sunday in the first week of the term, while the second cut-off date is the Sunday in the third week of the term. The cut-off dates and distribution dates may vary from term to term. Details will be provided during the registration process. Important Notes: - Please pay attention to your enrolment date and the associated cut-off date for uniform orders. - If you need to amend your uniform order, contact us within 2 days
Once production begins, we will not be able to offer any reimbursement, and the uniform will be yours to keep.
Does this mean I should not amend my child’s Term 2 enrolment until he receives the uniform?
Yes, that is correct. Each set of uniforms is linked to specific programmes. If you switch your child to a different programme or time slot after the uniform cut-off date, the uniform order cannot be amended. As a result, your child will not receive the uniform for the new class and will need to acquire it from the originally registered class.
What should I do if my child has the wrong uniform or size?
Your child is welcome to wear the uniform to the new class, even if it is not the correct set. If you find yourself in this situation or if you’ve ordered the wrong size, you can visit the School Uniform office in Lai Chi Kok within 14 days of receipt for an exchange, provided the uniform is in as-new condition.
If you enrol your child after the cut-off date, you will need to purchase the uniform from the School Uniform’s website and will not be entitled to the 30% discount on the purchase.
What if I am not able to sign my child up before the cut-off date for uniform orders?
You are eligible for a discount of up to 30% on the uniform set when you purchase it through ESF Explore, as long as you enrol before the uniform order closes (typically after 3rd or 4th week of each term). We encourage you to take advantage of this valuable opportunity. Uniforms can still be purchased through theSchool Uniform’s website later into the term at the regular price.
