AM Entrepreneur Launchpad + PM Multi-sports
'What do I want? What positive impact do I want to create?' That’s what our founder asked herself about a decade ago when she quit working in the corporate world. According to a 2025 research, 46.4% of the global workforce are already self-employed. The figure is expected to only increase as businesses are proven to be hiring more freelancers than ever. Imagine a world of people exercising their innovation and creating value for each other. The future of work is about finding your purpose in the AI world and having the freedom to switch paths in evolving landscapes. The shift toward entrepreneurship is unstoppable.

The curriculum leads you through the entire process of creating a start-up from an idea, which spans across multiple sub-disciplines of business and management. You will learn how to nurture and refine your entrepreneurial mindset, how to develop an idea and be offered with activities that allow you to think and approach challenges with a fresh perspective, even with limited resources! ESF Tigers are offering basketball clinics to all levels of basketball playing ability.
For beginners/younger players we focus on the core skills needed to become a good basketball player. Dribbling the ball with your head up, being able to use the left and right hand. Passing, Catching, Shooting, and Footwork. All in a fun, challenge, and game based environment.
For more experienced players our coaches will help develop their fundamental basketball skills and basketball IQ using a range of different coaching techniques like blocked practice, serial practice, random practice, and deliberate practice, with varied levels of contextual interference (CI). Einstein Lab Junior: Winter Science Edition
Week-Long Programme
Einstein Lab Junior turns curiosity into early science confidence for ages 3-5. Through playful, hands-on investigations, children ask questions, make predictions, and record simple observations - just like real young scientists. We create sensory lava bottles to explore density and color mixing, convert mysterious solutions into heated crystals to examine how energy stored in liquid can be released quickly, construct catapult to investigate forces, energy transfer and projectile motion
Every activity is scaffolded for fine motor growth, language development, and turn taking, with gentle routines and structure. This camp translates summer wonder into lasting skills - curiosity, observation, early measuring, and confident communication.
Learning Outcome:
● Build inquiry habits by asking questions, predicting outcomes, and observing changes
● Develop early science vocabulary through guided talk and picture prompts
● Strengthen fine motor control with safe pouring, scooping, and measuring tasks
● Experience simple chemistry and explore physical science ideas
● Turn abstract thinking into drawings and designs
● Practise turn taking and collaboration in small, well structured groups
Wheels, Waves & Rails STEM: Polar Express Edition
Week-Long Programme
A hands-on STEM experience where little ones design, build, and test simple vehicles (e.g. car, boat, train) through guided mini-challenges. You’ll explore foundational STEM concepts - push/pull forces, motion, floating/sinking and balance, and simple structure rules - using age-appropriate materials and lots of purposeful play. For example, on “Harbour Day,” we turn the classroom into a mini port where children test how various hulls and cargo affect floating, sinking, and weight. This camp turns winter play into real STEM understanding and school‑readiness.

Creative Storytelling for AI Video
Week-Long Programme
In LexStory, students learn how to merge the art of creative writing with cutting-edge artificial intelligence to create cinematic storytelling. LexStory transforms students into compelling storytellers by emphasising that every great film starts with a human heart. Following the "Think First, Generate Later" principle, students master the art of storytelling and character development manually before using AI tools. This ensures they don't just "generate" random clips, but purposely create cohesive, emotionally resonant cinematic stories, balancing their artistic vision with cutting-edge generative AI technology.
Each team produces a finished 60 second AI video (original characters and story) and presents a pitch explaining their creative choices.
Learning Highlights:
● Mastering Narrative Strategy: To master the "Think First" phase by drafting characters/storyline and all instructional seeds that ensure the AI remains a tool for the creator’s specific intent.
● Generative Media Literacy: To understand the technical workflow of turning a written script into a consistent visual universe using the LexStory platform.
● Critical Evaluation: To learn how to judge AI output against human emotion, fine-tuning prompts until the AI matches the creator’s original vision.
● At the end of the week, students will have completed an original storyline & GenAI Video, with a pitch presentation
