Autumn Camps

Ages 5-17 Years

ESF Tigers will be delivering basketball camps to improve players' individual technical skills and to enhance their knowledge of team-play fundamentals.

The sessions will comprise mini-stations covering fundamentals such as passing, shooting and dribbling, and will include small-sided games and competitions to test a player's skill level.

If you want to keep your skills up over the break so that you're ready for the rest of the term, don't miss out on this great opportunity!

Ages 5-11 Years

ESF Lions Football is running fantastic football camps during the term break.

Join us for this fun camp to improve skills, develop techniques, play games, and enjoy playing on the world-class pitch at KGV. Football Camps are coached by our expert coaches who will help your child to develop their love of the game of football!

Ages 3-16 Years

ESF Sharks Swimming delivers swimming lessons during holiday clinics. Our qualified coaches will help swimmers develop their comfort level in the water and improve stroke technique through fun games and activities.

Ages 5-10 Years

Rugby is offered for boys and girls aged between 5 to 10 years old covering a range of all abilities.
We will teach a modified form of the game which does not involve contact and focus on teaching key fundamental skills in a safe environment.
Through the programme we will also offer an additional layer of performance level rugby training – which will include Strength & Conditioning and Workshops.

Ages 3-10 Years

Providing a safe and enjoyable environment for students, our enthusiastic approach combined with expert coaches with a passion for sport enables every student to develop their skills and self-confidence in a range of activities - both as an individual and within a group or team dynamic.

We deliver programmes that will provide your child with a socially positive experience, increasing their love of sport and improving their sporting skills all through the medium of fun and game-based development.

Ages 5-10 Years

Tumble, roll, bounce, flex, and cartwheel your way through the school holidays with an ESF Gymnastics clinic! Our clinics are aimed at developing your child's fundamental gymnastics abilities through floor, beam, and vault skill-building.

Our friendly and qualified coaches provide a supportive and enjoyable learning environment, and will help your child to develop a love of the sport!

Our gymnastics clinics are open to the public.

Ages 4-12 Years

ESF Tennis will provide fun filled classes over the school holiday aimed at developing your child's skills and enjoyment of the exciting sport of tennis.

Our enthusiastic and qualified coaches provide a supportive and enjoyable learning environment and will help your child to develop a love of tennis!

Our tennis clinics are open to all young students - both ESF and non-ESF players.

Ages 5-9 Years

Learn the art of sword in Summer with an ESF Fencing clinic! Our clinics are aimed at developing your child's fundamental skills of fencing which will enable them to become strong and resilient fencers.
Our friendly and qualified coaches provide a supportive and enjoyable learning environment and will help your child to develop a love of the sport!

Our fencing clinics are opened to all young students - both ESF and non-ESF students.

Ages 4-6 Years - Week Long Programme

Combining acting, music, movement and theatre-crafts, students will study an engaging theme and become the characters of the story. There will be a live performance at the end of the course.
Your child(ren) will:
- Learn wide-ranging skills in acting, movement and theatre-crafts
- Perform individually and as a team
- Play fun and challenging games to build performance skills
- Create costumes, props and set pieces

Ages 6-8 Years - Week Long Programme

The goal of the kindergarten workshops is to provide a holistic school experience for children aged 3-5. These 3-hour sessions will include sensory activities, arts and crafts, songs, story time as well as dance and movement activities.

This immersive programme, tailored for 5 to 7-year-olds, offers a transformative experience where your child will be fully engaged in the captivating realm of music. Through singing, movement, and the exploration of both non-pitch and pitch instruments, they will develop a well-rounded understanding of rhythm and melody. Craft activities inspired by the vibrant "Carnival of the Animals" theme will spark their creativity and deepen their connection to music. With a further focus on ensemble skills, students will actively listen to music and their peers, and collaborate on group tasks while fostering a greater appreciation for the art. Ages 4-5 years old

Embark on an engaging, hands-on adventure where your children will learn the basics of coding through the power of icon blocks, interactive robots and Lego building.

mTiny allows the children to learn the basics of coding with icon blocks. Children will use a Tap Pen controller to learn about robotics and coding.
Spike combines creativity with coding. First, your child will construct amazing Lego creations and develop their fine motor skills at the same time. Then, using an iPad to code, they will bring these creations to life! Children will learn basic mechanic concepts through this Lego coding experience.

With both screenless and iPad-based options available across the week, your child will have the opportunity to explore coding across different platforms and a variety of themes.

Ages 8-14 years

Many skills used to successfully launch a startup are the same as those learnt in STEM field: thrivingness in uncertainty, willingness to experiment, and creative problem-solving. The curriculum leads you through the entire process of creating a start-up from an idea, which spans across multiple sub-disciplines of business and management.You will learn how to nurture and refine your entrepreneurial mindset, how to develop an idea and be offered with activities that allow you to think and approach challenges with a fresh perspective, even with limited resources! This programme fuels your curiosity and expands your horizons in entrepreneurship and financial literacy in an enjoyable, interactive and engaging manner.

Ever wondered how self driving vehicles sense its surroundings and drive themselves? In our
hands-on Smart Car Building Course, you'll get the chance to dive into hardware by assembling and putting together your very own smart car, equipped with advanced sensors and intelligent capabilities to auto drive. Experience the satisfaction of seeing your creation come to life as it allows you to explore the real world of futuristic vehicles.
Learn to programme your smart car's brain, master its navigation systems, and unlock the secrets behind autonomous transportation. At the end of this course, everyone gets to own and bring home their very own smart car to continue their learning journey.

Student will learn:
• The core concepts of robotics include mechanics, structural stability, and weight distribution
• Learn about motor control and rotation, including concepts such as adjusting the center of gravity and using paired wheels or tracks for different chassis structures.
• Introduces coding concepts specific to robotics, such as motor commands, steering, and using coding IDEs like Arduino and Mindstorms.
• Explore advanced programming techniques like using variables, creating loops,
implementing conditionals (if statements), and utilising functionsto modularise their code.

*For safety reasons, the kit is designed as a non-soldering set with advanced technology,
including Wi-Fi and Bluetooth connectivity. The project outlook may be subject to change
depending on the availability of the required hardware components.
