Our ESF Big Brothers and Sisters, rising Year 13 students and recent alumni, are hand-picked mentors who inspire campers with leadership and support. They create a nurturing environment, guiding students to build confidence and life skills, with one Big Brother and one Big Sister per group of 20 students.
