The Virtual Internship Programme, delivered in collaboration with ESF Explore, BSD Education and Young Founders School (YFS), is a 3-4 week opportunity for high school students aged 14-18. This virtual-hybrid programme matches students with organisations based on their interests and available projects. Throughout the internship, students gain hands-on experience and develop essential workplace skills, guided by experienced mentors.
The highlight is a final presentation where students showcase project outcomes, providing real value to the host organisation. This programme bridges the gap between classroom education and real-world work, preparing students for future career aspirations. It's a valuable stepping stone for young individuals to explore their interests, learn practical skills, and kickstart their professional journeys.

Requirements:
There is no prerequisite requirement. Students must be between 14 and 18, and the programme is flexible, allowing them to choose their start date. All students need to have their own laptop. If the student and host are from the same vicinity, the host can request the student to visit the office premises. All students must complete a 10-hour mandatory prep course that will enhance their business writing, information technology, and marketing skills, as well as help them build their profile.
