Dear Parents and Guardians,
Thank you for joining our ESF Multisports camps.
We strongly recommend that you refer to Active or your registration summary for the start date, end date and exception/exclusion dates of your specific venue. A copy of the 2022-2023 calendar can be found here.
We look forward to welcoming your child to our fun and active Multi Sports sessions!
Important points to note during Covid
- Students should have their temperature checked before attending school and should stay home if the body temperature exceeds 37.5ºC. Please print and record your Rapid Antigen Test result and temperature on RAT and temperature record sheet and take it with you to the class.
- Arrive at the venue / designated collection point at least 10 minutes prior to the class to ensure sufficient time for a temperature check to avoid delays.
- Parents are kindly asked to leave the venue / designated collection point as soon as the child is collected by the coach and only return 5 minutes prior to the end to avoid gatherings
- Face masks must be worn throughout the session unless the student is engaged in an outdoor activity (or swimming). Please prepare at least 2 spare masks for your child.
- No eating or drinking (except water) is allowed on school campus.
- ESF takes health and safety seriously. Most schools insist that parents are not allowed to be on site in order to minimize the risk of a disease outbreak. To see whether parents or guardians are allowed on school grounds and the designated collection / dismissal point at each location, please click here
- Prepare a swimsuit, a towel and a change of clothing everyday for the wet camp at Renaissance College Hong Kong (RCHK) and South Island School (SIS).
General
- Your child will recognise our coaching staff as they will be wearing our burgundy or white coaching uniforms.
- Arrive 10 minutes before the designated class time to avoid any delay.
Parents & Guardians
- Due to health and safety reasons, parents are not allowed to be inside the venue except for SC0 classes (3-4 yrs) where one adult per child must be present.
- All accompanying adults must be fully vaccinated and are required to use the Leave Home Safe app before entering the school.
- All accompanying adults, just like the participating students, must take a Rapid Antigen Test and complete the RAT and temperature record sheet every day before leaving home for the class.
What to expect…
- Fundamental motor skill development work for children in groups
- Fun games like hungry hippo’s and rob the nest
- Team and individual settings
- Lots and lots of FUN
Food & Beverage
- No food or drink is allowed to be consumed in the gymnasium/sports halls. We suggest students consume food at least 1 hour before the start of the lesson.
Photography
- Please understand that we, at ESF Sports, understand the joy and happiness your child(ren) brings to your lives and this is always enhanced when you can capture the moment through photography. However, policies are in place to protect you and every child in the clinics. Please read our Photo/Video Policy on taking photos/videos during the duration of the programmes.

- The venue that you child will be attending the clinic is a complex location, which means that all attendees, parents. helpers, friends and siblings alike are not permitted to play on any site’s equipment before, during or after the class, unless it is during a supervised class time and is part of the programme. Please can we ask that you respect the site’s wishes, so that we may continue to provide classes for many years to come in these wonderful venues throughout Hong Kong.
