Building on FB2, this class focuses on advancing the correct technique in speed, agility and quickness exercises as well as football skills. It is designed to be rewarding, and at the same time, challenging. This course serves a great opportunity to advance fundamental football skills by playing mini-games and match-like challenges. This programme concentrates on developing football-specific skills through fun challenges and training. At this level, coaches will use a variety of coaching methods and strategies to gently introduce football training to the students.
