Overview

In this advanced Level 1 (SW3) programme, students will focus on maintaining Freestyle and Backstroke swimming techniques while completing longer distances. Breaststroke coordination of the pull and kick are perfected. Coaches will place a strong emphasis on fundamentals skills including, but not limited to, streamlining, tumble turns, open turns, and diving.

Proficiency to swim Freestyle & Backstroke for 50 meters with no deterioration of stroke technique, and with proficient streamlining off the walls

Full control over Breaststroke arm movement, kick timing, and coordination

Introduction of Butterfly arm movement techniques

To swim Freestyle and Backstroke with efficient stroke technique

To learn Breaststroke coordination
