    Overview

    This programme helps students prepare for the ESF Sharks Competitive Programme. Coaches will introduce more advanced skills and techniques to further their swimming development. Swimmers must be able to complete 25-50m of Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke, plus have a strong foundation in Butterfly.
    Upon completing the course, students will receive:
    A progress report

    Proficiency to swim Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke for 50 meters with no deterioration of stroke technique
    02
    Perform proper respective wall turns and consistent streamlining off the walls during push-offs
    03
    To consolidate the coordination of Breaststroke
    04
    To improve endurance ability in Freestyle, Backstroke, and Breaststroke
    05
    To learn Butterfly coordination

    What you need to know...

    Remarks:

    • First-Lesson Assessment: Swimmers are assessed in the first lesson for proper level placement. Parents will be notified if a transfer is needed.
    • Class Reassignment: For safety and optimal learning, ESF Explore reserves the right to reassign students to a different class, level, or time slot at any time.
    • Schedule & Venue Changes: Schedules and venues may be adjusted for operational reasons. Parents will be notified promptly of any changes.

    ESF Explore offers various programmes suitable for all ages up to the Secondary level. Other than sporting courses and language studies, we have programmes for Arts, STEM, and Playgroups for young ones.
