Overview

In this programme, students will learn to coordinate front and back Crawl. They will also be introduced to elementary Backstroke. Apart from regular swimming practice, students will discover the fun of swimming and build confidence in this sport.

Well-balanced body position for Freestyle and Backstroke, to be performed for 10 meters

Diving fundamentals from an assisted and safe kneeling position

To coordinate arm stroke for Freestyle with correct side breathing technique

What you need to know...

Remarks :
All age ranges listed are intended for general reference only. Individuals shall be grouped according to skill level instead of age. Every swimmer will be assessed during the first lesson to ensure placement at an appropriate level. If a change of class is necessary, parents will be notified directly.
