Overview
The TEN1A class (Red Ball) introduces beginners to the fundamentals of tennis in a fun, supportive environment. Using modified equipment - including larger, 25% compression red balls and scaled-down courts - players focus on building essential skills like hand-eye coordination, core stroke mechanics, and early rallying techniques.
