Dear Parents & Guardians,
Thank you for joining our ESF Multi-Sports Programme.
We strongly recommend that you refer to your registration summary for important information (course name, location, dates, etc.) of your enrolment and also read through the letter below for programme-related information. A copy of the 2025-26 calendar can be found here.
General
- Your child will recognise our coaching staff as they will be wearing our burgundy or white coaching uniforms.
- Our coach will be welcoming and registering your child at the designated pick-up point, and will answer any questions you may have in the beginning or end of the session.
- Young children concentrate better on their learning experience when there are few distractions; therefore, parents are advised to sit away from their child’s class
- Make sure that your child has a water bottle but we would not recommend eating a snack during the class as this raises potential Health & Safety issues, like choking.
- In the interest of Child Safety, parents and guardians should refrain from taking photos or videos during class. Please see here for our photo policy
Parents & Guardians
Your child will not be allowed to take part in the class if you choose to leave him / her unattended EXCEPT for students participating in the unaccompanied Kindi Combo programmes.
Venue Equipment
The venue that your child will be attending is a complex location, which means that all attendees, parents. helpers, friends and siblings alike are not permitted to play on any site’s equipment before, during or after the class, unless it is during a supervised class time and is part of the programme. We kindly ask that you respect the site’s wishes.
ESF Cubs Uniform (Multi-Sports)
The uniform policy was introduced in 2023. All new students are required to purchase the Cubs Uniform to represent the term-time Multi-Sports team. A discounted rate of $180 for both the Top & Shorts or $90 for either the Top or Shorts will be available when uniform orders are made through ESF Explore. A unique code will be sent within three working days after the associated student has attended their first class. This code, valid within the same term, can be redeemed on the School Uniform’s website, with the uniform shipped directly to the designated address (shipping fees apply). Self-pickup is also available at the School Uniform Office in Lai Chi Kok.
