Dear Parents & Guardians,
Thank you for joining our ESF Gymnastics Programme.
We strongly recommend that you refer to your registration summary for important information (course name, location, dates, etc.) of your enrolment and also read through the letter below for programme-related information. A copy of the 2025-26 calendar can be found here.
General
- Your child will recognise our coaching staff as they will be wearing our burgundy or white coaching uniforms.
- Our coach will be welcoming and registering your child at the designated pick-up point, and will answer any questions you may have in the beginning or end of the session.
- Young children concentrate better on their learning experience when there are few distractions; therefore, parents are advised to sit away from their child’s class
- Make sure that your child has a water bottle but we would not recommend eating a snack during the class as this raises potential Health & Safety issues, like choking.
Uniform
ESF leotards are necessary and can be ordered during the registration process for the associated gymnastics class. Leotards are subject to availability; if your child’s size is out of stock, a refund will be arranged, and an email notification will be sent to the affected individuals.
Leotard distribution will take place within the first three weeks of the term. In the absence of a leotard, students should wear black leggings. If you wish to place a leotard order after registration, please send a request to info@esfexplore.org.hk. Full payment is required to secure the preorder; however, please note that completing the payment does not guarantee stock availability.
- Short Sleeve: $400 (GY1 – GY4)
- Long Sleeve: $450 (Competition Team – Gymnast Development Programme)
- Gymnastics Shorts: $250 (All levels)

***The above size chart is for reference only. Our coaches will distribute the correct size during class for individuals who placed an order (subject to availability).
