Dear Parents and Guardians,
Thank you for joining our ESF Multisports camps.
We strongly recommend that you refer to Active or your registration summary for the start date, end date and exception/exclusion dates of your specific venue. A copy of the 2021-2022 calendar can be found here.
We look forward to welcoming your child to our fun and active Multi Sports sessions!
*All SC0 must be accompanied at all times throughout the camp.
Coaches & Programme
This programme will consist of (but not be limited to):
- Fundamental motor skill development work for children in groups SC0 & SC1
- Speed and agility training for children involved in SC2
- Mainstream sports such as basketball, football, netball and mini-tennis
- Fun games like hungry hippo’s and rob the nest
- Swimming (specific locations only)
- Team and individual settings
- Lots and lots of FUN
Due to current social distancing and Health and Safety protocols currently in place, for the safety of your children, we have had to amend the types of activities we will be delivering to remove non-contact games and teamwork elements. A typical camp session will offer activities such as:
- Speed, Agility and Quickness drills (SAQ)
- Individual sport skills
- Exercising through dance
- Swimming (subject to Govt guidelines)
(Only at Renaissance College)
At our Dry Sports Centre, Kowloon Junior School, Swimming is NOT included on a daily basis and will be replaced by alternate, suitable activity every day.
