Overview


At ESF Language & Learning, we understand the need to be flexible with our playgroup students. Therefore, we are excited to introduce our flexi-pass offer.
10 Class package (Valid for 3 months from the date of registration)
Sign up for chosen time slot 48 hours in advance
Level 1: 3600 (6-12 months)
Level 2: 5450 (12-18 months)
Level 3: 6950 (18-30 months)
Includes 30mins playground time before or after class (only applicable to weekend classes) , plus ESF apron.

You may attend multiple classes in one week if you wish.

Remarks

1. POLICIES & GUIDELINES

a) I understand that Flexi-Class is only redeemable for playgroup classes at the Language & Learning Centre WanChai

b) By enrolling my child in ESF Educational Services Limited (“ESL”) courses, I agree that my child will abide by the policies and guidelines set by the company.

c) These policies and guidelines can be viewed here.

d) I will not hold ESL liable for any injury to my child or property damage or loss as a result of my participation in these courses.

e) Flexi-Class purchases are non-transferable; all credits must be used by the enrolled student within 3 months from the date of registration.

2. WEATHER POLICY

a) Please see our weather policy for more details regarding inclement weather cancellations.

b) Please note that in the event of school closure by EDB or due to inclement weather, such as heavy rain, in order to ensure the safety of students in the venues where our programmes are delivered, classes/sports sessions will be cancelled and a make-up will be issued.

3. PHOTO / VIDEO POLICY

a) ESL may use photos/videos taken during ESL’s activities in promotional and advertising materials and on our website.

4. COLLECTION OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

a) The information given during the application process is collected according to the ESF Personal Data Handling Policy and its related Personal Information Collection Statements (“PICS”).

5. REFUNDS

  1. Unused credits will be rendered null and void after the expiration date.
  2. If a class is cancelled due to sick leave (with a doctor’s note) or by ESF language & learning, the credit can be transferred to another class. Refunds will not be given.
