Dear Parents & Guardians,
Thank you for joining our ESF Gymnastics Programme.
We strongly recommend that you refer to your registration summary for important information (course name, location, dates, etc.) of your enrollment and also read through the letter below for programme-related information. A copy of the 2024-25 calendar can be found here.
General
- Your child will recognise our coaching staff as they will be wearing our burgundy or white coaching uniforms.
- Our coach will be welcoming and registering your child at the designated pick-up point, and will answer any questions you may have in the beginning or end of the session.
- Young children concentrate better on their learning experience when there are few distractions; therefore, parents are advised to sit away from their child’s class
- Make sure that your child has a water bottle but we would not recommend eating a snack during the class as this raises potential Health & Safety issues, like choking.
Uniform
ESF leotards can be preordered for $320 per piece during the registration process for a gymnastics programme. Leotards are subject to availability, and if the size for your child is out of stock, a refund will be arranged. In such cases, an email notification will be sent to the affected individuals. Leotard distribution will take place within the first 3 weeks of the term, and in the absence of a leotard, students should wear black leggings. If you wish to place a leotard order after your registration, please send a request to info@esfexplore.org.hk. Full payment is required to secure the preorder. It is however important to note that completing the payment does not guarantee stock availability.
