Overview

Continued development and refinement of technique, including the execution of skills. Musicality, team unity and team spirit is strengthened creating a positive and supportive training and competition environment. Competition exposure and experience is a priority as gymnasts learn how to confidently compete their compulsory routines to music. Gymnasts hard work is rewarded, creating a healthy competitive environment, as well as encouraging gymnasts to continue to achieve their best.
